You can acheive this by using Cross database join.
Only thing you have to keep in mind when you add multiple data base and pull table you have put the joining condition in tableau.
Add new database by clicking on Add. Please see highlighted portion in below screenshot

You should be able to write your query such that you're explicitly stating the databsae name. For example, I have a SQL Server that has multiple databases. I want to get one table from SuperstoreUS and join it to a table in Test.
I can write the SQL to explicitly include the database name.
SELECT Orders.*, People.Person FROM Test.dbo.Test_Orders Orders INNER JOIN SuperStoreUS.dbo.People People ON Orders.Region = People.Region
I don't know a lot about Teradata, but I'm guessing you can do something similar.
