No I didn't, I was looking at your solution dataset and see that the "Action Month" is used for some of the calculations. How did you create the column "Action Month", converting the months of the Hire Dates and Term Dates to the first of their respective months?
If I'm understanding it correctly, I see that if an employee has been termed, they have two data rows: one with the Action Month for their Hire Date and one with the Action Month for their Term date. If an employee is still active, then they have one row, with the "Active Month", for their Hire Date. How did you set this up in Tableau?
