Hi Mark, sorry to hear this! I haven't heard of any similar reports, but I know the app did have some problems in the first couple of days when it was rolled out. Did you reach out to the app team?

Hi Ciara, thanks for responding.
I used the website the first day to reserve everything (it did take a lonnngggg time because it was glitchy that day), but I didn’t revisit my schedule until the other day and did reach out to the app team (who asked a Tableau staff member to help).
I’ll lose out on the hands-on sessions, but can view the videos of the other full sessions when they’re available (I was able to piece together another schedule the other day).
Thanks again for getting back to me – I was just wondering if others were feeling my pain. It sure does affect the conference experience….but in the grand scheme of things, this is a blip.
