Hilton is creating a best-in-class data & analytics department that will lead a connected ecosystem of data, technology, tools, techniques, people and processes. This innovative data & analytics function will drive advanced analytics and actionable insights to help drive Hilton's performance.
Working with the Manager Reporting and Automation, the Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence (Brand Analytics), will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for supporting the Hilton Brand Management organization with the design, development and management of Enterprise, Departmental and ad-hoc analytical solutions. As part of the Business Intelligence team you will focus on the management of the Brand Analytics data warehouse and reporting infrastructure by designing and building data models, data transfer routines, reports, dashboards and data visualizations. You will provide business vision for senior management and partners across Hilton using business intelligence tools like Tableau and MicroStrategy.
