Hi Don Wise,
Thanks, it really helped.
What i can't figured out is how I can set permission to multiple project at one go? In my case suppose I have 5 projects now and I have created 6th project and want to share only 6th project to my client. What I need to do currently is go to each project (1-5) and set permission in those project so that my Client wont' able to see Project 1-5. I have created a group of user that contains client email only to set the permission.
Is there not any easy way that let me share only project 6 with my client and i have to not worry about any other project in my site?
Yes, but you have to configure it the right way from the beginning.
I would "deny all users" from all projects and then you can add 1 user group to the 5 projects and the other user group to the 6th project.
That will make it easier in the future as well.
