Which level are you taking, Suzann? Certified Associate, or Certified Professional?
I renewed my Certified Associate certificate over the summer and used the practice exam online: http://mkt.tableau.com/files/DesktopCA_ExamGuide.pdf
Honestly, I just worked my way through every single bullet point, Googling and reviewing the online documentation to refresh my memory, particularly for functionality I don't use often.
It's been a couple years since I took the Certified Professional exam, which was pretty tough. The practice exam is here: https://mkt.tableau.com/files/DesktopCP_ExamGuide.pdf
If you're preparing for that, I encourage a review of new features that have been added in the last year or so of releases. I remember needing to specifically use some of the newer functionality to answer questions. For me, this was more a test of time management: you've got to dive into a data set quickly and find a story (any story) to tell. Not a lot of time for futzing about with the data. So beyond the practice questions, you might try grabbing some Makeover Monday data (https://www.makeovermonday.co.uk/data/ ) to practice quickly finding stories and producing compelling vizzes around them.
