hi Dmitry. What is the error that's displayed on TS?
No need for logs as your screenprint is helpful to say that content can't be displayed in the frame. I would test this scenario out on my deployment, but we don't use sharepoint anymore. How are you referencing the sharepoint pdf? Is it via a linked web object?
I have asked the business team this question, I should be able to get to you with an answer sometime tomorrow - I do appreciate all your help.

Hi Dmitry Demin,
May I know the browser? if this is happeningin IE then try in Chrome and it should fix your issue.
2nd Option: Turn off the XSS Filter and check for the issue.
- Click Start and type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter.
- Select the Security Tab. Click Internet.
- Select Custom level. Scroll to the Bottom of the List.
- Click Disable under "Enable XSS Filter." Click OK.
I have passed this info to client and they should get back to me shortly. I will keep you posted.
As in regards of browser - they use Chrome.
We have tried the suggested above, but our system blocks it. Do you perhaps have any other solution?
