Highlight Negative Values with Multiple Measures

    Gerald Chee

      Hi all,

I want to be able to get a view where i can see 2 columns: difference between Target 1 and Actual 1 and difference between Target 2 and Actual 2, and both are highlighted on whether they are negative or not i.e. for friend A, the table should be as below where Diff 1 is highlighted in red while Diff 2 is highlighted in green.

      FriendDiff 1Diff 2
      A-100500

Assuming i have the data from below, how can i get this?

      FriendTarget 1Target 2Actual 1Actual 2
      A200800300300
      D300600500500
      C500400400200
      E600300600600
      F700200400200
      G400500700600
      H200500300700

I did 2 calculated fields initially then created another calculation field using IF [Diff1]>0 OR [Diff2]>0 THEN TRUE ELSE FALSE END

      [Diff 1] = [Target 1] -  [Actual 1]

      [Diff 2] = [Target 2] -  [Actual 2]

I know the above is not correct because I will get the whole row highlighted which isn't what i want.

How can i go about this?

      Thanks,

      Gerald
