Hi Abhijit,
I added percentages for those three metrics on the CMS side. You can replicate this on the SCADA side.
Now they add up to more than 100% because they're calculated using different things. Immediate Action and Next Opportunity are based on your case_priority field, whereas Overdue Repairs is based on the is_overdue_repairs field. I created calculated fields to figure out the percentages and then removed your filters from the individual worksheets. Here's what it looks like with those three fields as percentages:
