What Tableau Server version is this? Is it Online or ...?
Huh, interesting. I'm so behind on keeping up, I really need to find time to get updated on TS and read the manual.
So, interesting question and I'm going to lurk and wait for Matt's reply
I'm not familiar with that option. I'm wondering if you've tried the following:
1) Create a new schedule (using the VizAlerts suggested spelling so the ScheduledTriggerView viz will pick it up).
2) Disabling that schedule.
3) Running VizAlerts?

Guten Abend Herr Kryeziu!
Hope that came across alright. Gotta practice, I'm visiting DE/OE/CH soon!
It's true that VizAlerts doesn't work with user-defined schedules. The reason is that you can't create your own schedules anymore that have the word "VizAlerts" in the name. I unfortunately don't have any suggestions to offer you as to what you should do*. I just looked at the VizAlerts manual and it doesn't clearly mention this, so I created an issue for it.
*If it were me, I'd perform (or have someone perform) unsupported surgery on the PostgreSQL database using the rails user, after closely examining the differences between "custom-schedules" and "standard schedules" Servers. The only other option would be restoring a backup from before the change was made.

your german is clean - I understood everything!
Thank you for creating an Issue for it.
We now went for the solution to install tableau again from the scratch... But that shows how important those VizAlert features really are.
