Make Row Total Appear Between Row Label and Mark

In a community college's online Fact Book (https://www.southeast.edu/institutional-research/factbook-enrollment/), the Enrollment > Single Term Profile page shows for each metric the row label at left, the row total in the middle, and the mark (a horizontal bar) at right. For example, under Gender, the first row says, "Female" (the row label), 4,240 (row total), and the mark with the percentage of enrollment for the term that is known to be female. How would you make the row total appear in the middle? A TWBX with four terms of bogus student ID and gender data is attached.
