I see you attached an excel workbook and thanks for doing that - our role here is help you get over the difficulty you have in your Tableau book
Please attach you TWBX workbook so we can see your progress and where you ran into problems
You need to "Pivot" your data, so that the names are in a single column. Tableau can do this for you in the data area. For example, when you initially connect to your data, it will look something like this in Tableau:
Now select both the Column1 and Column2 columns (hold down the ctrl key and select each), and then right-click, and you will have the option to Pivot:
Click the Pivot option, and your data will now look like this:
You can rename the "Pivot Field Names" column and "Pivot Field Values Column" to whatever you like. I picked "Column Number" and "Name"
Now, when you go to your worksheet, you can create a very simple viz, by placing the "Name" pill on the Rows shelf, and the Column3 measure pill on the Text tile on the Marks shelf:
Does that solve your problem?
Please let us know.

( you have the pivot option only when using an excel ......)
so i cant implement the answer you wrote me cause i am using real db - postgres
Can you use custom SQL with your database? If so, you could perform the transformation with SQL, perhaps something like
I don't use PostgreSQL, so I'm not 100% sure if this will work, but it's a pretty simple query so it should be close.
Let us know if that helped.
