# calculating percentage with specific data in denominator

I want to calculate the percentage of my monthly data. The table column that i have to use for denominator has 3 subsets with column names - Yes, No and Maybe.

My denominator has to use the total of Yes and No.

Is there a way i can have a static split up done so that when from my filters i select the percentages of "Yes" from total of Yes and No, i should get that correctly.

Currently, if i unselect "No" the total's value in denominator is only having numbers for "yes" and so its always 100%.

Hello! so you want that your denominator doesn't change, right?

So you would need the help of a LOD calc so it stays the same, you could write something like this:

Now the filter won't affect the denominator.

Row - <field a> <columns - yes, no, maybe>

Row - <field b> ---- count of each column from field a

Column - <Departments>
