There are many online tools for merging PDF's so I'll let you google and choose.. I don't have a recommendation there. I do use mailsend for command line email and I find it works great (not to mention it is free).
Thanks for your response. I did not understand when you say "mailsend". Can you please explain me what it is?(I couldn't find it on GOOGLE) Also I saw vizalerts is another option to do this. Have you ever used it?

I'm one of the contributors to VizAlerts and I got involved with VizAlerts so I didn't have to maintain my own PowerShell for emailing PDFs anymore. I also wrote the original code for VizAlerts for downloading PDFs and merging them. There are a few other tools that I know of like the Behold! Emailer GitHub - bryantbhowell/BeholdEmailer: Near complete rewrite of Behold! Emailer for adding to Tableau Server's e-mailing … or https://www.metricinsights.com or Insights Delivered I United States I Winnow Analytics, I'm not sure how well those other tools would each do for this particular use case.
VizAlerts can run as a Windows executable or using Python on Windows/Mac/Linux on Tableau Server (VizAlerts doesn't support Tableau Online yet). It's definitely not a "point and click to get your reports sent" tool, it (like many open source tools) requires a bit more effort to configure and run. That said, in under an hour on a fresh machine I've installed & configured VizAlerts and run the test cases that VizAlerts ships with and gotten emails.
Once you've gotten VizAlerts up and running, essentially you build a data source & Tableau viz that you publish to Tableau Server that tells VizAlerts what visualization(s) to send in what format, who to send it to, what delivery method (VizAlerts supports email and SMS) and then the "when does that alert get sent?" is controlled by a Tableau subscription (with any extra customization you might use, for example you can do thresholding in VizAlerts).
Some VizAlerts users include a major US retailer, a national restaurant chain, Tableau (the original creator of VizAlerts is Matt Coles who has been a Tableau Server administrator), and PATH (my current employer). One use case we have at PATH is each month generating a merged PDF with a national level dashboard of malaria data and the same provincial-level dashboard filtered 4 times for 4 different provinces (so 5 pages in the output) and that is emailed to a variety of staff.
Hope this helps!
Amazing! I am honored to receive a response from you. From your answer it seems like Vizalerts is not an easy job, but I wanted to give a try and see where it ends. I will post any questions if I have in the future.
Wish me luck!
