Dynamically Placed Annotations With Fixed Y-Value

    Daniel M

      Hi all,

I've created a Pareto chart for revenue over the number of suppliers, which looks like this:

I would now like to add annotations to the 80% mark that tells me how many suppliers are behind 80% of the revenue. Is there any way I can set the "coordinates" of the annotation's reference point so that the y value is fixed at 80% while the x value is determined by the intersection of the 80%-line with my chart?

I want to be able to filter the chart for different years without the annotation disappearing or suddenly referring to another percentage. I'm aware of the method explained on vizpainter, but I'd obviously prefer if I didn't have to set up individual annotations for each year.

      Any ideas?
