Clarifications regarding YTD, QTD, MTD, YOY. ???

    Adam Aliz

      Hello ,

My req has been changed, thus i am forced to ask this again.

Let me put in simple terms. My source has 5 years of data , example: 2015,2016,2017,2018,2019.

      1. Firstly, i need to combine this year as FY and my fiscal year starts from the month April.

      2. I want to show only two years of data, will be like this FY17/18 (starting from April 2017 to March 2018  and FY18/19 starting from april 2018 to March 2019).

      3. In this, i have to calculate YTD, QTD, MTD, YOY,

YTD: calculating Year to date from FY18/19 which is April 2018 until the date available and FY17/18 which is April 2017 to March 2018.

QTD: Calculating between , FY18/19 QTD, which is (April 2018 to June, 2018 is Q1, July 2018 to Sep, 2018 is Q2, Oct 2018 to Dec, 2018 is Q3, Jan 2019 to March 2019, Q4)

In this, QTD, i want to calculate the latest Q4 QTD with prior Q3 QTD.

MTD: Calculating , FY18/19. the current month to date (Feb 2019)  with previous month to date (Jan 2019)

YOY: Calculating the Current FY18/19 with FY 17/18. (It should calculate the respective year months (April 2019) with previous year, months (April 2018).

I have to display in this format in my KPI Dashboard. Attached is the  screenshot , that i like to display in which i need to show the

YTD in one bar, in which 573 is current YTD Value and 509 is previous YTD value. so for each YTD, QTD, MTD, YOY i am showing like this..

I need to show the date filter as well. Thankyou

Anyone could help to  get this required output?
