Phil Hageman Jan 30, 2019 10:18 AM (in response to Zhouyi Zhang)Zhouyi,
Thanks for the reply. I think this should work, but when I tried to implement the solution in my production workbook, it still is not allowing me to get to the multiple fields. It keeps changing the new T/F category to another type of mark, usually color, and if I try to change from color to shape, it replaces the old T/F category that had been in shape with the new T/F category. That seems to be the obstacle now.
Thanks!

Hi, Phil
Can you provide your sample workbook or at least some screenshots to help me understand where you stuck?

Phil Hageman Jan 31, 2019 6:56 PM (in response to Zhouyi Zhang)Zhouyi,
I did figure it out. Thanks for sending. I did have one more quick question on the workbook, which I have attached to this reply. For the spend above control variable, i created a variable that takes the difference in % between the promo group's spend and the control group's spend. In the first row, it gives me an answer, but on subsequent campaigns, it compares the control group to the promo group of the previous campaign. These comparison %'s are meaningless. For example, the 76% on the January Promo Group line makes sense, but -212.5% and -300% for the February and March Control group line are meaningless, because they are comparing control and promo for two different months. Is there a way I can hide the Spend over Control % for the control group line but keep them for the promo group?
Thanks so much for all your help on this workbook. It has been instrumental in finishing this project.
