That is just a reference line.
1) Go to the analytics pane.
2) Drag the reference line to the view.
edit: I just realized the values are different. Make sure to add the calculation suggested by ZZ to the details mark. Then, edit your reference line and select that calculation as value.

Thanks guys, this was interested as I notice that all 3 replies above resulted in slightly different numbers for the reference line and it was Jim's formula above which looks like to have matched the original visual perfectly.
It's a useful feature to add reference lines based on a calculated field and something I can now apply in other situations.
Another trick learnt today!
