No. Tableau doesn't allow direct writeback.
If you wanted to do this in Production you could install an extension and configure, etc. etc. but if it's just 1 cell that needs changing then just change the value in source and continue on

By the way, if I find errors (typos, mislabeling strings as numbers, extreme outliers, etc) working with the Tableau dataset, I correct them on the source dataset later. Sometimes I wonder if Tableau provides "edit history or log" especially when the editing process is long. Is there a better way?
You don't have to rebuild from scratch every time, just change the data and refresh.
Are you using a live connection or extract ?

No, you can create an extract from that as well - it's completely up to you.
