How to fix rows and columns on a heatmap

    Avi Gusman

I am creating a heatmap with transaction data across weekdays and down hours, as follows:

With a good amount of data and multiple weeks timeframes, it will have a column for each day and row for each hour.

When I apply filters to reduce the data in the viz, I may get reduced rows, as follows:

However, I'd like to keep all 24 hours to depict more visually how specific  hours in the day represent gaps in activity.  How can I do that?

I tried adding the ZN function to the calculated field, did not work, although maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Any tips would be helpful. FYI, running 2018.2.

      thanks.
