I guess the Postal codes are not correct. Put the actual postal code (which is six digit code) which can be uniquely identified in google map. Try to add some additional territory fields like Country, State, City, District/County etc. Or try to get the spatial data for those location.
Note: Abbreviated territory names will not be accepted sometimes. Also you can follow this kb article regarding mapping tableau.

To achieve this you need to follow few steps that are mentioned below:
Once you connect your data to tableau under the Map tab click on Edit Location
By default the Country/Region will be United States, you need to change that to Canada (or for which ever country you are taking the postal code).
On selecting the required country the postal code of your data will try to match with the postal code available in Tableau:
Once the code are mapped you will get the cities.
