    User level Security using Excel



      I have the table structure below. (this is a sample data. there are hundreds of Service Units and Cost Centers) I need to assign user level security who can see what.

      It is working as a calculated field. But I have hundreds of users and it is complex to do as a calculated field plus I need to maintain the list on ongoing basis.

      Q. How can I approach the below scenario using excel?

      ServiceUnits and CostCenters are filters in the worksheet. When I apply the calculated field as a filter it is working perfectly.

      Any guidance will be helpful. Thanks.
