I just tried replicating your issue with my personal Dropbox account. I uploaded a file to a public folder shared with me and others. Also uploaded same file to a new personal folder. I was able to connect to both and obtain the data. Maybe try uploading the files to your personal folder to determine whether security settings may be the issue with the shared folder? Or uploading both files to a new shared folder? Hope that helps. Thx, Don
