Put Order Id field on rows, place Sku next to it, right click Sku and select Measure > Maximum. This will put the single value next to the Order Id. Then you can simply put Measure Names on columns and Measure values on your text mark. Then you can rearrange your measure values as needed.
Here's how it will look:
This is in the attached workbook too. Let me know if you have any questions.

Yes its correct and brought the correct value. Now I don't want the order ID. if i remove the order ID it shows the one value of Max SKU.
I have another method in my mind, Please suggest it might works? Creating an calculated field to make data as looks below.
rder id Sku Sale Amount Debit Credit 403-4091332-0362759 N2H0014_H_P1 -53.1 -53.1 403-4091332-0362759 N2H0014_H_P1 750 -103.3 646.8 402-6036969-6479512 N2H0029_H_P2 -53.1 -53.1 402-6036969-6479512 N2H0029_H_P2 225 -35.7 189.3
If you don't want to see the order id you can right click on it and deselect Show Header. That'll hide it.
I'm not sure what you're trying to do in this second table you posted. Why do you want a second row for each sku with blank measure values?
