Yes, having a line and a bar chart together is possible using measure names and measure values pill. Please find attached a packaged workbook showing the same.

From the sample workbook you shared is it possible to
1) have the size of the bars different like one is thinner, other thicker?
2) how to generate the line if x-axis is not a date?
For the second part, I have two measures and filters Group and Store.
I want the behavior to be like when I select a specific store, my Group values still wouldnt change.
Visualize the bar graphs as the store sales then the line graph as the group trend.
