Would you help me with data how you differentiate existing employee & new hire based on the data set you have provided??

its a dummy data, it’s possible error is made. Below is more details
Hire Date - hire date when emp is hired
Fiscal Date - is like calendar date of the year. It starts Apr
Emp ID 4 was hired prior to 04/01/2018, therefore, is not consider a new hire. Emp ID # 1 was hired in 04/1/2018 and Emp # 2 in May. So, in May, Emp 1, 2 and 4 had hours word 156 in total. That is what I call Firmwide total hours in May is 156, new hires total is 153. Existing staff wouled be 156 - 153 = 3. I guess my screen above is incorrect to show 150 as Existing Staff
