Publishing in Tableau Online Server

I have published multiple dashboards in our work Tableau Online server.

The problem I am running into is when other people log into view the dashboard via ipad, they see 100 of tabs from different workbooks rather than by workbook; which they could they click and then go to the tabs they like in that dashboard rather than going through 100 of different sheets of dashboard.

How can this problem be resolved?

Hi Mavis,

Due to confidentiality, I won’t be able to publish thescreenshot. But what I see in the iPad is different sheets from the dashboard
instead of work book.

For example, I f I have published 4 dashboard with 5 tabs ineach. Then I see 20 tabs of views instead of 4 workbooks.

Are the users accessing this with the exact same url as what you'd use on desktop?
