There should be a field Data Update /Last Update (at your data-source as well)
Generally, you do have Ticket open time and Ticket close time for any tools like that
You should make use of that instead of extract refresh time(since you need to calculate the age of the ticket )

I don't think I can find the data update time field in the data source. And besides, I'm currently using custom sql to obtain the extract and all the information in the dashboard is updated as of the data update time. So it would be weird if the Aging calculation is updated as of now() as per my current calculation: Aging = now() - create d/t.
Do you know any other way to obtain the data update time for the extract though?
