# Multiple Calculations in Grand Total Row

I have a call center report in Excel that I am converting to Tableau.  We have total calls by day and agent in a table.  The business would like to see Total Calls, Average Calls and the Standard Deviation at the bottom of each column.  The Analysis menu does not have standard deviation as a default and you can only choose one aggregation method.  Is there a way to show all three calculations at the bottom of each column?  I've attached a screenshot. • ###### 1. Hi Daryle,

Find my approach as reference below and stored in attached workbook version 10.5 located in the original thread. 1. Pivot your datastructure

2. Define a Union 3x

3. Define D1. Display:

if [Table Name]='Sheet2' then str([Date])

elseif  [Table Name]='Sheet21' then 'Monthly Total'

elseif [Table Name]='Sheet22' then 'Daily Average'

elseif [Table Name]='Sheet23' then 'Standard Deviation'

end

4. Define M1. Display Measure:

if attr([Table Name])='Sheet2' then sum([Pivot Field Values])

elseif  attr([Table Name])='Sheet21' then  sum([Pivot Field Values])

elseif attr([Table Name])='Sheet22' then avg([Pivot Field Values])

elseif attr([Table Name])='Sheet23' then RANK_PERCENTILE(STDEV([Pivot Field Values])) END

Hope it helps,

Regards,

Norbert
