Refer this blog which has the proper solution for your the problem. Explained clear and simple to convert HH:MM:SS format.
First you have to convert the entire time into seconds, using mod%60 you can convert them in hh,mm,ss finally combine them with STR function. Hope this helps!
To which blog are you referring to ?
the time is already in seconds, it was converted in the database already, in order to only use this calculation:
IIF([ctime_sec] % 60 == 60,0,[ctime_sec] % 60)// seconds
+ IIF(INT([ctime_sec]/60) %60 == 60, 0, INT([ctime_sec]/60) %60) * 100 //minutes
+ IIF(INT([ctime_sec]/3600) % 24 == 0, 0, INT([ctime_sec]/3600) % 24) * 10000 //hours
Was it a mistake ?
I can't check as I don't have Mysql at my workplace/home. May be you're missing something.
Export your input data format from Mysql to excel and share the file along with expected results.
Updated the blog details
Thanks, I am going to have a look.
