Do-able, but VERY troulesome.
To make this happen,
1. Need to change measure value to dimension ==> Pivot data
2. need to set X-axis as continuous value instead of discrete ==> used index()
3. Need to add label on the bottom with 2nd axis of placeholder "0"
As Shin said, there's some ways to do this but it's always tricky/hacky
If you're using 2018.3 or above, then transparent sheets might help you do this:
But it's still a "hacky" way of doing it. I would suggest NOT using either method to this Your mileage may vary
