We have a query from one user asking us to change the cookies for Tableau. They are using chrome and ie and both of the cookies shows http only. How can I change this or where can I change this?

When I checked in chrome and IE, it shows Accessible to script - No(HttpOnly).

What will be the effect if I change this?
