Would it be an option to leave out all the '0' an start from '21125-etc' based on MID-function giving you MUL21125OCT2018153123

This is a guess based on the screenshots, but you can cut the data into several rows:
MID([testing],1,20) + char(10)+ MID([testing],21,99)
This puts the first 20 characters on 1 line and characters 21-99 on the next line.
You can add more lines or change the 99 to 999999 if you want
