Count Distinct (CNTD) totals not equal to counts in spreadsheet - Workbook Version 2018.3

      Hello,

I know Tableau handles CountD in unexpected ways and I've read some of the solutions (Alternatives to Count Distinct: Tips for Faster Calculations) but I'm unable to make them work.  It doesn't matter if I use CountD or Number of Records, the count in Tableau doesn't match the count in my Excel spreadsheet.

Examples:  Filtered by Member only - Excel count is equal or more than what Tableau CountD and Number of Records displays.  Why and how do I fix?

Member Name - Excel Count - Tableau CountD & Number of Records

      Bonnie London SD- 92 - 90

      Canada Alberta SD - 31 - 28

      David Jones SD - 193 - 187

      Dilhunty SD - 83 - 81

      Fairview SD - 797 - 786

Hinkle More SD - 8 - 8 (one of two that lists correctly - why?)

      Nellie Bly OOE - 94 - 87

      Nellie Bly SD - 468 - 459

Powell SD - 1 - 1 (second of two that lists correctly - why?)

      St. Hubert SD - 48 - 47

      Sojourner OOE - 239 - 232

      Tennant SD - 154 - 149

      Valiant SD - 316 - 314

      Venetian City SD - 630 - 612

Any and all assistance would be most appreciated.  Thank you.
