Percentages in calculation

My one column result is in %.

(% to Goal)

I need a condition saying, =IF([% to Goal]<=20%,20%,IF(20%<[% to Goal]<=40%,0.02,IF(40%<[% to Goal]<=60%,60%,IF(60%<[% to Goal]<=80%,80%,IF(80%<[% to Goal]<100%,100%)))

it doesnt seem to work. Its giving me 0% everywhere. even IF(40%<[% to Goal]<=60%,0.6) doesnt help. I tried number format to percentage with this.

What am i doing wrong?

Any help is appreciated, ty

You need to Use Aggregated Values in your Condition

Like

If SUM(% to Goal)<0.2 then "20%"

ElseIF

SUM(% to Goal)>=0.2  and SUM(% to Goal)<0.4 then "40%"

blah

blah

Else

"Whatever"

END

How can I put conditions on rows??

I have rows of data with percentage values, I need to add them. The whole result should be like, if all rows are 8% , only then Total should be 8%, else 0.

Hi @Deepak,

I have attached the workbook where I want to do a calculation on the Row Total, not sure how to use Grand Total.

It has to be a condition:

40HRS or more = 100% 35 to 40 = 80% Below 35 = 0%

HOw do I use Grand Total in calculated field?
