If this happening on a published workbook, the first place is to look at would be filters. Download the workbook and check the filters to see if there is something wrong.
Yeah I have already checked those. The refresh runs fine on other users tableau platform but I am persistently having issues. It even produces zero rows when I try to preview first 100 rows in tableau.
It is weird that this happens only with you, could you post some screenshots of Before and After the "refresh"? Also, try a different browser or incognito mode. That being said, any additional information that you can provide would be helpful.
