    Tableau Grand Total Graphing

      Hey Guys,

I have a data set that looks like this

      Data Header | Number 1 | Number 2

      Data 1           | 25             | 30

      Data 2           | 20            | 25

      Data 3           | 30            | 70

      Data 4           | 10            | 80

      Data 5           | 50            | 10

I then added a grand total using the analysis tab (average) so it looks like

      Data Header | Number 1 | Number 2

      Data 1           | 25             | 30

      Data 2           | 20            | 25

      Data 3           | 30            | 70

      Data 4           | 10            | 80

      Data 5           | 50            | 10

      Grand Total   | 27            | 43

After, I hid all the data rows so it looks like

      Data Header | Number 1 | Number 2

      Grand Total   | 27            | 43

I want to plot a line graph with JUST the grand total. Is there a way I can do taht in Tableau? When I go to graph it, it shows an empty graph since its only graphing the hidden data, and since its hidden its blank.

      Best,

      Eugene
