I didn't go through your workbook carefully and so may have missed the gist,
but I got that feeling that you should be able to accomplish it using Tableau Prep.
Connecting to your datasources, I followed the particular join between feedback-confirmation
and then feedback-customerservice for each of the brands,
then unioned them together (please see screenshot below).
This creates a new field called Table Names which you should be able to employ with filters.

Thank you for responding, but this union cuts off certain vales (only 61 fields) I would want to keep all the rows in each workbook but to be able to fitler the data by brand.
Does this make sense?
Also, the actual data is in google sheets and I don't think tableau prep supports that
Sorry, yes, Google Sheets connectors not yet available, there are some ideas for upvoting:
The union should preserve all columns, but the joins may reduce some rows.
Not sure if this too is unavailable for Google Sheets:
I made an attempt at unioning all the like sheets and then performing the joins.
This was done by adding one sheet, right-clicking and selecting "Convert to Union",
then using the wildcard union. Please see screenshot below.
I'm not sure if it has preserved all the rows or not.
Alternatively, all the joins could be tried as left joins.
The Brand name can be extracted from the Path name which gets added in these unions.
Please see workbook v10.3 attached in the Forum Thread.
