I'm not sure if I correctly understood the goal,
but if you are seeking to get just one column of correlations,
I think you can get there in a few steps.
I first changed the table calculation setting of [Correlation]
to be as shown below. Please note that I also set the nested
calcs for Price 1 and Price 2 in the same way.
Then I moved the Year to the Detail shelf which created multiple copies of the value.
I created a calculated field of simple INDEX() and placed that on the filter shelf.
I clicked OK with its default choice and then edited Index's table calc setting to be the same as the others.
Then lastly, I set the filter to only include the value 1.
