Counting the same value over time as long as it is not changedHe

i have a data set which can have one of three values (A, B or C) for the last 3 month.

I would like to know how long was the longest period that the value didn't change within these 3 month and which value it was.

I would like to give a statement like this:

Value A was the most counted value in a row for 23 days.

The difficulty is that eventually the Value 'B' and 'C' were actually more often the chosen values but never longer than for 23 days.

How should the calculation look like?
