Why are my vizzes centering text once published to Tableau Public?

I'm going to post two links to my vizzes, one is older which I made and haven't updated in quite some time, and one column has centered text but the other doesn't. I noticed on several of my newer vizzes which I updated a couple of months ago that the text was now centered and figured I accidentally changed something last time I updated it, but that's not the case.

I just updated this one today and it's centered now and was prior to, but it's not in my workbook: https://public.tableau.com/profile/luoira#!/vizhome/TotalEnrollment-Semester/TotalSemesterEnrollment

And this is the older one that I haven't updated since January and has one column centered: https://public.tableau.com/profile/luoira#!/vizhome/CAAPMASTER/CAAPGET

This is how the Total Enrollment viz looks in Tableau Desktop 10.5.6 for me, so it's not a setting I am triggering. I double checked and only the title is centered and the rest of the text is left aligned.

What is going on and how can I fix this? Thank you.
