Hi Joy -
Thank you for the quick reply.
That isn't quite what I'm looking for. Here is a screenshot of my sheet:
What I am struggling with is because my revenue and instructor cost are together in the "measure values" pill, I cannot create a tooltip custom to only revenue and only instructor cost. Also, my "revenue" field is actually (revenue-instructor cost) so that my area chart doesn't double count instructor cost. This means that if I use the <measure values> in the tooltip, the revenue amount shown will be (revenue-instructor cost), and not total revenue, as you can see in the below tooltip:
<Measure Names>: <Measure Values>
Total Revenue: <SUM(Split Rev and Inst Cost)>
My Instructor cost tooltip now carries the "Total Revenue: <SUM(Split Rev and Inst Cost)>" since revenue and instructor cost are built out of the same measure values.
What I would like to be able to do is have custom tooltips for both measures, because there are additional calculations I would like to put in the tooltip specific to each measure.
If you can attach a sample workbook, that will be helpful
The underlying data is confidential, so I won't be able to share a workbook.
Thank you for your help!
