How can I color measures used in a calculated field separately?

I am trying to create a dual axes chart with stacked areas behind bars. Ideally what I would like to be able to do is have a custom tooltip for contribution, revenue, and instructional cost. However, I haven't figured out how to make 3 custom tooltips so I have been trying to work around that, and the work-arounds are creating their own issues.

This is what I want my chart to look like, with each color having its own tooltip.

I tried to work around this issue by creating a single area chart using a calculated field of revenue (which is actually revenue minus instructional cost so the stacked area isn't double-counting instructional cost) + instructional cost, and then trying to color the individual measures used in the calculated field but could not figure out how to do that.

I would appreciate help either: 1) creating 3 tooltips or 2) coloring a calculated field by the two measures used to create the field.

      Thanks!
