Need to divide one value by sum of two others

I am trying to get my subtotal row to display the following equation as a percentage ("Tecoed"/("Tecoed"+"Created")) or (x/(x+y))... I have attached a screenshot of my workbook as well.

So for example, for the total under Jason for Sunday I would like the calculation to be (31/31+158) which would give me the conversion percentage of 16.4%

Hi, Alex

I use super store data as example and take 'Technology' as your 'Tecoed' to get the portion calculation.

Below is the calculation and steps of how it works through the formatting, and result is highlighted

I attached the workbook for your reference, hope this helps

Unfortunately that did not work for me due to issues with string and integer values, as well as an aggregate error. I am attaching my workbook for reference. I appreciate the help.

Unfortunately we can't look at that workbook as it doesn't have the original data set. Please can you create a packaged workbook and upload that. Details on how to create a packaged workbook can be found at:

Thanks

Rob,

I appreciate the quick response. Hopefully this is the right format.

That's perfect thanks. The sticking point is with the way you've defined Tecoed. I've had a look at your logic and I can see that this can be defined as transactions without an order number. Is that correct? If so then attached is an updated workbook for you and gives you the result that you are after.

Thanks
