Rank Items after Filtering by Top N

    Russell Gilbert

I got some help in a prior post on being able to rank items after filtering on dates, instead of using a parameter which would not increment for future dates. Now I need to introduce the concept of allowing the user to choose the number of vendors they want to see, and any amounts beyond those vendors gets lumped in to an 'All Other' category. If I choose all the vendors, the results are correct.

However, if I choose a smaller number for display, the results are not correct - I lost Vendor F.

I'm assuming this has to do with the order of operations. Can anyone help with this?

I'm attaching a workbook with worksheets - first one using a parameter which works fine, leading up to the Top N worksheet that is not working.

      Thanks,
