Thanks Deepak. I don't think what she wants is doable in a single report. Right now, I'm creating multiple reports with adding to a dashboard. It would be great to only need one report. Anyway, I thought I would ask in case someone else had a similar, unusual request that they found a workaround for.
You were right..It looks something weird to me.
This one picked my brain a bit It was good to note that Booked ID Status contains multiple Status values. I used a switch statement to evaluate the ID Status that you can add on to when you are determined other ID statuses. The nested if stated then evaluates the Status field for the 'Complete' status to mark is as 'DONE'; else 'COMPLETE'. Please let me know if this helps you in anyway.
CASE [ID Status]
(IF Status = 'Complete' THEN 'DONE' ELSE 'COMPLETE' END)
// Add additional conditional logic when other category types are defined
'To Be Defined'

From what I understand you want a calculated field like this:
IF [is booked] and [is complete] then "done"
ELSEIF [is booked] then "complete"
ELSE "N/A" END
Where [is booked] is [ID Status] = “Booked”
And [is complete] is [Status] = "Complete"
and i did something similar to Vince, just with if & elseif
With that I got this output
I’ve attached the your workbook that I edited.
