This didn't quite get there, but maybe can give ideas.
If you union your dataset to itself, you'll get autogenerated two [Table Name]s.
Then you can create a measure like:
IF [Table Name]="Sheet1" THEN [CUSTOMER DWELL] ELSE [% OF TOTAL CUSTOMER DWELL]*100 END
Likewise, for the other three.
Then when you place [Table Name] on the columns shelf, it will arrange it the way you are seeking.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to separately format the Count as an INT and the percent with a % sign.

My "real" report is using custom SQL so I used your idea and did the union there. Worked like a champ. I believe I can get away with not formatting as a %% with proper explanation to the end users.
