Please see the image below to familiarize yourself with the sample data I am working with. This data is stored on a centralized SharePoint list and is then exported into Excel to maintain its functionality with Tableau.
I am trying to create a dashboard that shows timeliness for each of the respective offices. Multiple offices can be assigned to each task. Currently, Tableau is reading the "Responsible Office" field as ONE value. Instead, I would like for Tableau to recognize that the "Responsible Office" field contains MULTIPLE values. How do I split up this data accordingly so that I create a visualization that depicts timeliness by the individual offices assigned to each task? I have tried using a basic custom split and also pivoting the data but that doesn't seem to do the trick Would appreciate any help!
