I am trying to fit a Bell curve to my data to obtain the shape of a probability distribution. At the moment I am able to generate a perfect Gaussian curve (https://www.theinformationlab.co.uk/2013/11/04/fitting-a-gaussian-normal-distribution-curve-to-a-histogram-in-tableau/ ), however, I would like to obtain a more precise distribution following the 'histogram distribution'. Basically, I am looking for a way to smooth the blue line in the picture (twbx attached).
May be a simple Moving Average would be enough:
