I work for a DoD Agency and we recently purchased $22,000.00 worth of AFBIT Licenses for 22 different users. We have been trying to get in contact with someone to understand how to distribute the licenses to different sites. I contacted the below numbers and emails. Madeline Bosserman answered the phone this afternoon and I was asked "what I wanted?" All other numbers (customer service, tech support, and sales listed below ) only lead me to a voice mail. We have submitted a case (04206896) and no one has gotten back to us since the beginning of the week. We are on a deadline and the silence and inability to reach someone is hindering our ability to meet it.
