It sounds like it is working properly (at least as it was designed to work) - the viz in tooltip is providing greater detail on the mark show by applying filters to a subsequent worksheet - not filter the original sheet -

I hear what you saying, but i do think that is confusing, if the graph has been filtered by another graph, surely the context of the graph should be propagated through to the viz toolip after all it is passing through filters to the viz tooltip anyway, if you filted that graph that would filter the tooltip too, so why not those filters applied by another graph to it? i think the problem is its confusing for the users. They have filtered the dashboard and the viz tooltip is not showing the subset of data thats being filtered by the whole dashboard which doesn't make sense to me.

hi thanks Amar, no problem adding the viz just trying to it to interact with other graphs filters on a dashboard.
